Elite Revenue Strategies for Service Business Leaders
We translate the tools that elite consultancies use for their Fortune 500 clients into strategies, skills, and playbooks that high-ticket service business leaders can actually use.
The Company Story
Helping Business Leaders Be Found and Chosen

Just before I sat down to write this introduction to Demand Pros, I had a meeting with a client where I told them they had $20 million of revenue hiding in their lead handling process. They’re skilled operators, first-class people, and they run a half-century-old business with a sterling reputation among homeowners in their market. They looked at me with understandable disbelief, but the data told the story better than I ever could.
I’ve been having some version of that conversation for the last 25 years, as a service business founder, consultant, and business school instructor. Each role is its own vantage point, but when combined they paint a three-dimensional picture of a problem that has existed for far too long: great businesses are losing deals they should have won — and it’s not their work, the fit, or the quality of the buyers. Something keeps breaking down between “interested” and “Yes!” — and it seems like almost no one has real visibility into that gap.
Once MBA students started bringing the same issues into class from a wide variety of industries, I knew there was a real problem to solve.
As I dove into the research, decades of insights from behavioral economics, decision science, and consumer psychology began to open my eyes to a toolbox that had long been locked away inside Fortune 500 companies and academic journals. The answers and the science that created them were there. They just weren’t reaching the founders and leaders who needed them most.
Today, the Demand Pros team expands that toolbox with the latest insights as we teach the strategies, skills, and playbooks that high-ticket service business leaders can put to work this quarter.

The Two Journeys
Every deal has two distinct journeys: your team’s journey with the customer, and the customer’s journey toward a purchase decision — which often starts long before they make contact with you. Deals stall and die, or fail to begin, in the gap between what most firms can see and what the customer actually experiences.
From the customer’s point of view, the journey is expected to be a straight road. They have a problem, they want a solution, and they expect clear signs, a visible destination, and a smooth drive to get there. We call this “The Highway to Hell Yes” — the journey to not just getting an uncertain “yes,” but the buyer’s full commitment to moving forward.
From the company’s side, the customer journey is usually built from inside the building, and the result is like when a city planner lays out roads with far more information than a visitor will ever have. To the planner, there’s an order and a logic. To the visitor, signage is confusing, roads dead-end without warning, and the drive from point A to point B can test a marriage.
We created two tools to close this visibility gap and get more of your visitors fully committed to doing business with you.

Revenue Intelligence™
Revenue Intelligence™ uncovers what your customer is actually experiencing, both in their journey toward a buying decision and in the often long journey before they ever signal interest to you — the unseen signals, the silent decision points, and the factors that make them go, or stop.

Revenue Psychology™
Revenue Psychology™ uses decision-grade intelligence to design buying experiences where reaching full commitment feels safer than saying no, and where stopping entirely doesn’t feel like a real option. We engineer the trust signals, ease the points of friction, and design every touchpoint so the next step feels obvious.

Market Research for High-Ticket Service Businesses: The Sharpest Edge Your Competitors Can’t See
I once spent an afternoon in a dark room, behind a two-way mirror, listening to a woman take my client’s brand apart piece by piece. So many decisions they loved, she had a problem with. Numerous things they assumed were obvious, she’d misread. On our side of the glass, my client was dying, with every…

I’ve never met a high-ticket service company with its marketing email dialed in—and that’s a huge opportunity.
I’ve sat with a lot of high-ticket service businesses over the years, and I’ve yet to find one that had email fully integrated into its growth strategy. Not one. I don’t say that to pick on anybody; I say it because email is the closest thing to free money I know of, and almost nobody…
