Privacy Policy

Masterkey Marketing LLC, doing business as Demand Pros (“Demand Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates https://www.demandpros.com and related web pages that link to this policy (together, the “Service”).

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. We use your information to provide and improve the Service and to respond to you. We do not sell your personal information.

Who This Policy Applies To

The Service is intended for adults (18 and older) who reside in the United States. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us at hello@demandpros.com and we will delete it.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, subscribe to our newsletter, book a meeting, request a proposal, or pay an invoice, we may collect:

• Name and email address
• Phone number
• Company name, job title, and business details you choose to share
• Mailing or billing address
• The content of messages you send us

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Service, we and our service providers automatically collect usage information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, the page that referred you, pages you view, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, and general location derived from your IP address.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Respond to inquiries and schedule meetings
• Deliver the services you engage us for, and send invoices and receive payments
• Send newsletters, insights, and information about our services and events (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Measure and improve the Service and our marketing, including advertising performance
• Show you relevant Demand Pros ads on other websites and platforms
• Detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit a website. We and our service providers also use pixels, tags, and scripts. We use these technologies in four categories:

• Essential cookies keep the Service running and secure.
• Preference cookies remember your settings.
• Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Service (for example, Google Analytics).
• Advertising cookies and pixels measure our ad performance and let us show Demand Pros ads to people who have visited the Service (for example, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, and AdRoll).

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent. Some parts of the Service may not work properly without them.

Interest-Based Advertising and Your Choices

We use advertising partners to show our ads to people who have visited the Service and to measure how those ads perform. To limit this:

• Google: adjust your settings at My Ad Center or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
• Meta: adjust your ad preferences
• AdRoll and other participating companies: use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out

Opting out doesn’t stop all ads. It stops ads tailored from your activity on the Service.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common standard for how to respond to them, the Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Calls, Meetings, and Recordings

Calls and virtual meetings with Demand Pros are typically recorded and transcribed. We use recordings and transcripts to capture accurate notes, prepare recommendations, and deliver our services. Recording and transcription may be done with tools in Google Workspace, Plaud, or Loom, including their automated transcription and summary features.

We will tell you at the start of a call when it is being recorded. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us before or during the call and we will turn recording off.

We keep recordings and transcripts only as long as needed for the purpose they were made for, or as required by our agreement with you.

Client Data

When we provide services to a client, we may access or process information that belongs to that client or its customers, such as CRM records, call recordings, or marketing data. That information is governed by the Master Services Agreement between Demand Pros and the client, not by this Privacy Policy.

Service Providers

We use third-party companies to help us run the Service and our business. They access personal information only to perform tasks for us and are obligated not to use it for other purposes, except as described in their own privacy policies for advertising and analytics platforms.

Embedded YouTube and LinkedIn content may set cookies and collect information about your interaction with that content, even if you are not signed in to those platforms.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With the service providers listed above, to operate the Service and our business
• With advertising and analytics partners, through cookies and pixels, as described above
• When required by law, subpoena, or a valid request from a court or government agency
• When we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Demand Pros, our clients, or others, or to investigate possible wrongdoing
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, including a transfer of the Demand Pros business to a new entity. If that happens, this policy will continue to apply to your information unless you are notified otherwise.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. That includes keeping it as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage data is generally kept for a shorter period unless we need it for security or to improve the Service.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmitting or storing data online is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

• Email: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email, or by contacting us. We may still send messages about services you’ve engaged us for.
• Access, correction, and deletion: You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy in a common electronic format, correct it, or delete it.
• Advertising: See “Interest-Based Advertising and Your Choices” above.

To make a request, email hello@demandpros.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We aim to respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can reply to ask us to reconsider.

We will not treat you differently for making a privacy request.

The Service may link to websites we don’t operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Service or email subscribers before the changes take effect.
