Privacy Policy

Master Key Marketing LLC (“Demand Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at demandpros.com and the related store and booking pages at store.demandpros.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our sites, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

If you have questions about anything here, email us at hello@demandpros.com or write to us at the address at the bottom of this page.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to demandpros.com, store.demandpros.com, and any forms, booking tools, or landing pages we run on those domains. It does not cover other companies’ websites that we link to, even when you reach them from ours.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what we collect automatically when you use the site.

Information you give us

You give us information when you fill out a form, subscribe to our content, book a call, or contact us. Depending on what you do, this can include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • The contents of any message you send us
  • Scheduling details when you book a call

When our store launches, buying a product will also involve billing and account information. We’ll update this policy with those details before the store goes live.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit, we and our service providers collect some information automatically through cookies and similar technologies. This includes:

  • Your IP address and general location (city or region, not a precise address)
  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages you view, links you click, and how long you stay
  • The site or ad that referred you to us
  • Date and time of your visit

We use Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how people use the site. We also use advertising pixels from Meta, LinkedIn, and Google so we can measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited us. More on that in the advertising section below.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your message or request
  • Send you the content, case studies, or resources you asked for
  • Send you marketing emails and, if you’ve opted in, text messages (you can stop these anytime)
  • Schedule and manage calls you book with us
  • Understand how people use the site so we can improve it
  • Measure and improve our advertising
  • Keep the site secure and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Meet our legal and tax obligations

We don’t use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use a few kinds:

  • Essential cookies keep the site working. These are always on.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us see how the site is used.
  • Advertising cookies and pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) help us measure and target our ads.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for advertising.

Advertising and your choices

We run pixels from Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. These pixels send certain information about your visit to those platforms so we can measure how our ads perform and show ads to people who have shown interest in us. This is sometimes called cross-context behavioral advertising.

Under California law, this kind of pixel activity can count as “selling” or “sharing” your personal information, even though we receive no money for it.

You can opt out of this advertising-related sharing in a few ways:

  • Turn on Global Privacy Control in a supported browser
  • Adjust your ad settings directly with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn

How we share your information

We don’t sell your personal information for money. We do share it in the limited ways described here.

Service providers and vendors. We share information with the companies that help us run our business. These include GoHighLevel (our CRM, forms, email, text messaging, and booking), Google (analytics), our website host, and, once the store is live, a third-party payment processor. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

Advertising partners. As described above, our pixels share information with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google for advertising measurement and targeting. Under California law this may count as selling or sharing, and you can opt out by sending us an email.

Legal and safety. We share information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Business transfers. If we sell or transfer part of our business, your information may be part of that transaction. We’ll tell you if that happens and your information becomes subject to a different policy.

Other websites and embedded content

Our site includes links to other sites and embedded content such as YouTube videos and LinkedIn posts. When you interact with embedded content, those companies may collect information about you under their own privacy policies. We don’t control how they handle your data, so we encourage you to read their policies. This policy covers only our own sites.

Email and text messages

When you subscribe or fill out a form, we may send you marketing emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime.

If you give us your phone number and opt in, we may contact you by text message, including about our services and content. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. Opting out of texts won’t affect emails or any other way we communicate with you.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, and then for as long as the law requires. In practice, that means we keep contact and lead information while you’re an active prospect or client and for a reasonable period afterward, and we keep records like tax and transaction data for as long as the law requires. When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data over the internet is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit who can access it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information we hold about you
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
  • Receive equal service and pricing when you exercise these rights (we won’t discriminate against you)

Residents of other states with similar privacy laws may have comparable rights, and you’re welcome to use the same process below.

To make a request, email us at hello@demandpros.com or use our contact form. We’ll confirm your request and may need to verify your identity before we act on it, usually by confirming details we already have on file. You can use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we’ll ask for proof that you’ve authorized them.

To opt out of advertising-related sharing specifically, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer or turn on Global Privacy Control.

Children’s privacy

Our site is meant for business owners and professionals. It isn’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us at hello@demandpros.com and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this policy as our business and the law change. When we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know in another way. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
